Coleophora: Combines the Greek words koleos, meaning “sheath” and phora meaning “bearer or carrier.”

cratipennella: Combines the Latin words cratis, meaning “lattice or wickerwork” and penn meaning “feather or plume.”

The suffix ella is Latin for “small.”
